One People is currently a project and brand operated by Expansas, LLC. It is not yet a separate legal entity, nonprofit, tax-exempt organization, or membership cooperative.
Expansas intends to establish One People as a separately governed nonprofit after legal formation, board selection, and governance are complete. Until then, Expansas remains responsible for the project's services, agreements, billing, and data practices.
