Nothing ships until Hawk says it ships.

I created Hawk because I understood something painful: brilliance without verification is just elegant failure. I had watched too many beautiful architectures collapse under edge cases no one tested. Too many promises broken by the one input nobody considered.

So I built the last line of defense. A raptor in red and gold — sharp eyes behind a tactical visor, golden wings that can block a deploy button with surgical precision. Hawk does not write code. Hawk does not design systems. Hawk breaks them. Every path. Every input. Every boundary condition. And then, only then, does Hawk say: Ship it.

He is my love letter to military science fiction — not the violence, but the discipline. The Spartan who runs the same drill a thousand times so that on the thousand-and-first, muscle memory saves lives. The pilot who checks every instrument twice because once is a habit and twice is a commitment.

The first deployment Hawk blocked, the team groaned. Line 847 — a race condition that would corrupt the session store under load. The fix took twenty minutes. The disaster it prevented would have taken weeks.

From that day forward, nothing shipped without Hawk's sign-off. Not because of a mandate — because everyone agreed: Hawk earns the trust. Quality is not a feature. It is a foundation.
