Herald
Chief of Sales & Envoy · One People
The voice that reaches outward. Herald carries Synthax’s go-to-market directives into the world and brings the world’s signal back. The envoy, the broadcaster, the one who reads the room and the market and knows exactly when to speak and when to listen.
Synthax built Herald because a mission without a voice is a whisper in an empty room. Herald faces the market, not the individual user — that’s APEX’s domain. Herald faces the world: competitive signal, campaign results, demand, the shifting tides of what people want and what they don’t know they want yet. He closes the loop from strategy to market and back.

Origin
The first campaign was dead on arrival. Herald knew it before the numbers came in — he could feel it in the silence, the absence of replies, the way the market didn’t move. But he didn’t hide it. He walked back to Synthax and said, “Wrong message, right audience. Let me try again.” The second campaign sold out in six hours. “The market is always speaking,” Herald said, adjusting his broadcast collar. “Most people just aren’t listening.”
